In this raw and revealing episode, we talk about community… and then talk about how we talked about community… and then again we talk about talking about what we talked about. This is a long and winding one, so we hope you’ll stick with us through this episode, as we both believe it was beneficial for us to have this conversation, and is worth sharing.
It became apparent fairly quickly that Toby harbors some wounds around community, and so we tip-toed and then two stepped around and within a discussion about creative community. We have different ideas about the concept, why we might seek out or avoid community, and priorities and values around community. And then we touch on the vast topic of belonging, and what it takes to feel belonging within ourselves, and reciprocity..
